As a profession nursing is for the people who love care for the people who are sick or invalid to perform their daily routine work. This profession should not be taken for to make money only with out the love for the needy people. Many people take their profession for the love of money and drop down in the half way due to lack of love to the profession. Then after that you have to sit for the National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX).

There are two licensure examinations available as entry-level nursing competence of candidates for licensure as registered nurses and as licensed practical/vocational nurses. These examinations are called as NCLEX-RN and NCLEX-PN examinations. The NCLEX is administered by the US National Council of State Boards of Nursing Inc, (NCSBSN).
