How to become a pilot

cessnaIt's everyone's dream to fly an airplane in the young age. As they are growing some people forget it some still behind it. You can fly for your satisfaction or make it as a cpmmercial pilot. Dosen't matter wether you are a young man or young girl for you to fly an aircraft you must have good English knowledge and good in mathametics along with good eye sight and medical fittness. When checking eye sight it will be important to chek colour vision as there are many people have this problem. There are three ways to get pilot trining from flight training schools.

01. Joinig your country's armed services normally Airforce or Navy as trainee Pilot, with good education level, GCE Maths and english, GCE A/L with Physics and Maths. getting selected is very competitive, you have to pass a medical testand sit for an IQ test also.

02. Joining private pilot training schools at a tender age of 16 or upwards. This is an expensive procedure as you have to pay your tution fees till you get your certificates and there are plent certificates you have to obtain till you become a commercial pilot

03.Getting sponsorship from Airlines or Big companies where you will work for them after completing the flight training and getting certificate.In this way too you have to show your ability from the others who are also intrested in to get sponsorship.

PRIVATE PILOTcockpit
As a private Trainee pilot which you can start at the age of 16 ( normally a pilot can fly till the age of 60)
at a flying school or under an private pilot trainer. here you are allowed to get to fly a single engine piston aircraft.After you passed the age of 17 and compleated the training course you can have your own Private Pilot licence(PPL).

To obtain a Private Pilot Licence, you must have compleated 45 hours of flying time(However experience has shown it usually takes most students between 55-75 hrs.), 7 written examinations, pass a skill test and medical examination. This licence can be achchived between six to twelve months period at a cost of US$ 12,000 (6,000 UK StP), in Singapore around 20,000 - 30,000S$
.And if you wish to fly in the night, you must take another certificate. For flying Multy Engine Aircraft alone by yourself, you will need 70 hours as Pilot in Command (PIC), 7 hours theoretical instruction and 6 hours flying training. This PPL will allow you to fly for fun but will not allow you get paid.

COMMERCIAL PILOT.
Once you are sure that you are going to make money by flying, which is called commercial flying, you must get a Commercial Pilot’s Licence (CPL) or pass all of the theory qualifications and most of the flying qualifications for the Airline Transport Pilot’s Licence (ATPL). To follow this course you must show your Physics Maths and English ability.Cmmercial pilot licence, Airline Transport Pilot Licence may take from 9 months to 36 months. for this you must choose a school approved by the civial aviation Authority. For commercial pilot you will need minimum of 150 hours flght training and for ATPL 195 hours of flight training.

You will be taught about Aviation Law, Flight Performance,Planning, Principles of Flight
Navigation. Avionics, Communications, Meteorology and Operational Procedures.caption
You will get flight training in aircrafts and in simulators.

Once you obtained your Commercial Pilot’s Licence you can fly for salary.You can carry goods in small aircraft, can do aerial photography, spray crops in larger fam fields, or can undertake a Flying Instructor Course to train people to get PPL and CPL standard.

With an ATPL licence you are a great Pilot to fly.You can wait for good air lines to call you to fly their air crafts. To become as a Captian you must achchieve 5,000 flying hours.

SALARY
The salary for a jet commercial airline pilots is normally around £30,000 to £40,000 a year.
An average Captain’s pay is between £55,000 and £70,000 a year.
