How To Stop Smoking

Smoking does not do any good for the human body. But it does hurt lungs, heart and many more human glands. Smokers normally don't have a healthy long lasting life as their body glands not functioning perfectly.

You can ask your smoking friends how many time they stopped smoking. Yes most of them stopped smoking many time and started it cigaretteagain. Most of the smokers took smoking as a thrill, they stole their first cigarette or cigar from their parents or relatives. You Can't quit smoking in a day. Very rare people stopped smoking in just one day. But there are people who achieved it, quitting in a day and never touched cigarettes or cigar. If you  want to quit smoking you must plan it. See how your smoking habit is now taking you. If you are smoking randomly just whenever you think, you have to change your routine. First don't buy lot of cigarette or cigar and keeping it in home or your work place. Limit it to the minimum you may need. So, here is the Tip. Promise it yourself that you will have a smoke after your food, Tea or coffee only. Don't smoke with your drink. If you want so, decide first how many drinks and how many cigarettes. Try to reduce it too. Don't tell your friends that you are going to stop smoking. Instead if they offer you smoke gently tell them just now i had my smoke.

After 10 to 15 days going with this routine of limitation, now you are ready to stop. First decide only 3 cigarettes per day and when you smoke, ask yourself why should i smoke? Always ask this question. If you feel smoke, then just smell the cigarette or cigar or keep it on the mouth, never light it. Go with this limitation for another 10 to 15 days. Then make it one in the morning and one in the night. After enough days make it one per day, and then when you feel you are strong enough one day stop it and next day smoke only one .This way you can achieve your target.
