USAID Awards Scholarships to Students of the 2011 Journalism Diploma Program.

Asian Development Bank - Japan Scholarship Program.

This, The Asian Development Bank (ADB) - Japan Scholarship Program (JSP) was established in April 1988 with funding of the Government of Japan. These full scholarships are for one to two years. Students are placed in the following countries' education institutions and to serve their own countries after finishing their education.

British Council is going to select eight students from India for the scholarship awards of Rs three lakh each towards the cost of their tuition fee.

The scholarship will give Indian students an access to international educational opportunities besides a chance to the British Council to fulfill its commitment to supporting young people in realizing their aspirations.

British Chevening Scholarships For Indian Students. - India scholarship chevening joint programs
The Chevening HSBC Scholarship offers three full scholarships for Indian citizens towards one-year Master Courses at any accredited UK University. The priority subjects are banking, economics, sustainability & environmental studies.

They offers £2000 as a one off award towards the cost of tuition fees for a full time Masters level course (excluding PhD studies) in a wide range of subject areas.

Chevening scholarships
The Chevening program is named after Chevening House in Kent, the official country residence of the Foreign Secretary. It began in 1983 and has developed into a prestigious international program of Scholarships and Fellowships. The first Scholars started in 1984, the first Fellows in 2005. The program provides nearly 1,000 Scholarships at Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) in the UK for postgraduate students or researchers from over 130 countries.

It also provides over 200 Fellowship places for mid-career professionals who are already working in fields related to the FCO's policy goals. The program is largely funded by the FCO. The Scholarship scheme receives significant contributions from HEIs and other organizations in the UK, and from a wide range of overseas sponsors including governmental and private sector bodies, with which the FCO or its overseas Posts have partnership agreements. It is managed by the British Council, on behalf of the FCO, both in the UK and overseas.

The Charles Wallace India Trust is an arts, heritage conservation and humanities scholarship fund. It supports talented Indians in the early or middle stage of their careers to spend focused time in the UK, helping to achieve their artistic, professional or academic ambitions.
