Canadians Working In USA.
Canadians can work in USA under the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA). Permanant residents of Canada can't apply for this programe. This Program allow Canadian Professional if the have the following qualifications.
The applicant must be a citizen of Canada ( Mexico Citizens too allowed).
Their profession must be listed in the NAFTA provided list.
Position in the U.S. requires a NAFTA professional.
Canadian applicant must be work in full time or pat time job in a prearranged job by a US employer. Apllicants are not allowed in Slf employmnt programs.
Must have the necessary qualifications and certificates for the profession.
A Canadian citizen can apply for a "TN" status, at a US Entry point with
Under the TN Status admission request to the
Homeland security
Customs and Boarder Protection
US Immigration officer.
Employment letter as professional employment.
Professional education certificates, licences, etc along with the previous work experience.
Proof to meet the applicable licence requirements
Proof of Canadian citizenship - Better provide a Canadian Passport and Birth certificate.
Visa fee of US$ 50.00
