Free Visas for Tourists - Thailand.

Thailand may relax tourist’s visa fees for a period of three months to attract tourists to their country. Tourism industry is one of the main sources of income for the Thai Government. The number of tourist visiting to the Thailand sharply declined during and after the political crisis.

The Free visas to all nationals for three months were accepted by the economic ministers. And it is expected to be passed by the cabinet next week.

World wide tourists had bad experience as thousands of them were stranded in the Thai airports during last year's political troubles and those events too got much publicity. The new government is trying to lift the tourist business and the much expected foreign exchange.
