EU Long Stay visas will allows visit to other EU countries.

A person having a European Schengen visa can move to other EU countries easily from the coming April5th. The current visa rule doesn't allow them to visit or transit through the other EU countries which they don't have visas. Those with a long stay visas cannot stay for more than one yearin the other EU country.
