Japan Visa
To travell to japan for tour, business, studies, work, Business or any other purpose visit you may need a valid visa issued in your passport which must have 6 months of validity.
Everyone must submit a separate visa application form including children. Duly filled (Typed or written) in capital letters. A short term visa wtll be for 90 days only.
Visa requirements for Busuiness /Tourism
- Applicants visiting Japan for the first time should produce the original Birth Certificate with a photocopy and an Affidavit declaring that they have not changed their original name.
- Air Ticket confirmation
- A New Photograph
- Valid Passport (a minimum validity of Six Months) with previous cancelled passports, if any.
- If married, should produce the original marriage certificate with a photocopy.
- A letter from the local company with reasons for the visit, period of stay & Japanese company intending to visit
- Original business registration of the local company along with a photocopy
- Company's Bank Statements for the past Six Months.
- Original Income Tax payment receipt of the Company.
- Original guarantee letter from a Japanese Registered Company.
