There is a computerized visa from is available for countries like Sri Lanka to
apply online. There are many countries included as there are many countries
don't have Irish consular service offices in their countries. Before filling the
forms you must read good the guidance on how to fill the application forms.
Also don't forget to read the photo instructions to submit with the application
form.

Visa Refusal.
If you are refused of a visa you must appeal for the decision within 2
months of original receipt of refusal. Appeals must be in written form and
posted to the Visa Section
